Maschera Funeraria Ring

Crafted in silver laminate, the Maschera Funeraria Ring by designer Caitlin Cimino is inspired by Etruscan death masks and features a series of unique stones on its face.

Etruscan death masks were an Italian funerary ritual in which a mold was taken from the deceased’s face. Occasionally, these masks were used to form a visual ancestral-portrait of the family. Other times, they were worn at funerals to impersonate the deceased.
