Owned and operated by Alejandro Solis, Finca El Pedregal produces some exceptional washed coffees that are fully processed on site. This caturra lot has a bursting black plum acidity and is juicy and sweet on the palate. There are more subtle aromatics like macadamia nut and browned butter, while the acidity sparkles with a floral intensity.
